MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org We will replace any damaged items provided they are reported with photos, within 48 hours of order delivery.
Damaged shipments require evidence in order for us to file a claim with the carrier. To ensure that your claim is resolved quickly, please take pictures of the damage.
MY PRODUCT IS NOT TO MY LIKING
If the product you received does not suit you for any reason, you may send the product back to us. You will receive a store credit for your purchase price. Please follow the Wayne Powers Apothecary Product Return Guide below.
WAYNE POWERS APOTHECARY PRODUCT RETURN GUIDE
To exchange your product for store credit, please contact email@example.com with 14 days of purchase. Our Client Success Team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that must be included with your return. Please ensure that your RMA# is on all shipping labels that you print and attach to your package.
Once we receive your package and RMA#, we will then issue a digital Wayne Powers Apothecary Gift Card for the cost of the item paid minus a $10 return fee for the cost of shipping which will be deducted from your exchange credit.
If you pay for return shipping through a carrier of your choice, we will not deduct the $10 return fee from your credit.
WITH YOUR RETURN SHIPMENT: Please include your original packing slip or print out of your order confirmation (sent to you by email) with your assigned RMA# written on the outside of your package.
Exchanges will not be accepted after 20 days from receipt of goods.
International returns will be subject to a deduction from the exchange credit for any import and brokerage taxes charged to us for the product's return back into the US.
