Wayne Powers Apothecary + Salon Wellness Center is proud to offer FREE SHIPPING within the Contiguous United States* on all orders greater than $95.00.
All orders are shipped from our location in Columbia, South Carolina via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please include a note at checkout if you have an issue with receiving USPS at your location.
ORDER TURNAROUND TIME
Unless a product is unexpectedly out of stock, all orders are shipped within 1-3 business days (excludes holidays). For orders requiring next day delivery, please call us at 803-787-3643. NB: All other shipping options indicate transit time, not estimated delivery timing. Should shipping of your order, for any reason, be delayed more than 3 business days (for standard), we will let you know as soon as possible.
You can expect a shipping confirmation email from us once your order goes out. This email is sent to the email address on your account or the one you included at checkout. Please ensure that you enter your email address correctly if you wish to receive order confirmations by email. Using the link included, you may request updates via USPS to receive notice of any delivery exceptions, delivery confirmation, etc.
ORDER NOT RECEIVED / INCORRECT ADDRESS
We are not responsible for shipments shown as "delivered" in the tracking info. However, we will do our best to work with you should any points of confusion arise. If your building is not secure, we suggest requesting a required signature for delivery. Please contact our Support team to verify because this service level and/or any related costs may not be included in the shipping service selected for your order.
If a shipment was sent to an incorrectly entered address, the cost to reship is the sole responsibility of the ordering party.
If you enter your shipping address incorrectly, please CALL or email us immediately. We will do our best to fix incorrect the addresses. We ship within 1–3 business days. Therefore, changing shipping instructions or rerouting shipments may not be possible.
We ship to international locations. Please call us or contact us by email to verify shipping instructions, costs, and information required to import into your country.
Unfortunately, our prices do NOT include local taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and VATs, all the additional fees you may be charged to receive your international shipment. Please make sure you consider all fees because once your order arrives you'll be required to pay all taxes, duties, etc.
If your package is unclaimed and returned to us, we may refund the amount of the products but the shipping cost will not be refunded.
If you find your countries' taxes + fees are too high, please ask your local retailer or distributor to stock our products.
MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at email@example.com We will replace any damaged items provided they are reported with photos, within 48 hours of order delivery.
Damaged shipments require evidence in order for us to file a claim with the carrier. To ensure that your claim is resolved quickly, please take pictures of the damage.
